One homemade sausage with peppers and onions, chips.
Box Lunches Available
Choice of Submarine Sandwich, chips, dessert.
A minimum of 20 people is required for a cookout. Substitutions are available to this menu with proper notice. $100 deposit is required to hold your date. Final persons count is due one week before function. If no count is given, Far Corner will prepare and charge for original count. Payment in full is due the day of the function.

Hamburger and Hot Dog (one of each), with potato salad, garden salad, chips, pickles, and cheese.
Cookout #4:
New York Strip 10 oz. Sirloin Steak & Lemon Pepper Chicken with rice pilaf or potato salad, garden or Caesar salad baked beans, dinner rolls.
Choice of chicken marinades:
Texas BBQ, lemon-pepper, pub-house, and garlic & herb.
Cookout #2:
Hamburger and boneless BBQ chicken breast (one of each), with potato salad, garden salad, chips, pickles, and cheese.
Cookout #5:
Homemade Sweet Italian Sub w/ grilled peppers & onions on a fresh sub roll w/ boneless pub-house marinated chicken, potato salad, and garden salad.
Cookout #3:
Boneless chicken breast with potato salad, garden salad, green beans almondine or baked beans, dinner rolls with butter.
Also available:
Assorted wraps and deli sandwiches w/ home made pasta salad or potato salad, w/ garden salad, pickles, and potato chips.
